二 | 1 项目复盘本次研修活动前沈老师对前期我们开展的主题网络图进行复盘，在接下来的汇报中需要融入坊室，对于编织坊、泥工坊、木工坊、纸工坊四大坊室的灵活运用，调整进行一系列思考。 1 大一班——《西游记》大一班夏老师和班里的小朋友们共同讨论关于西游记中有哪些地名、人物、人物所使用的工具和书中的故事情节，根据讨论结果来开展设计游戏地图，结合木工坊制作工具以及让幼儿自己设计闯关游戏。 2 大二班——《拼图》大二班的卓老师以拼图为主题和小朋友讨论拼图的种类，有立体拼图和平面拼图，结合木工坊来让幼儿进行木质拼图的制作，结合泥工坊来制作泥塑拼图挂件，制作幼儿园的文创作品。

三 | 3 大三班——《水到渠成》大三班佳佳老师与幼儿讨论挖大运河需要的材料有哪些，让幼儿认识沙子的特性，水流的特性以及组织幼儿团队合作去设计河道挖掘的走向。

四 | 2 集思广益在听完老师们的分享之后，对于大一班的西游记，李老师肯定了班级老师的畅想并提出要结合幼儿的思想，幼儿在这个过程中能做些什么，游戏分享书的主体是幼儿，让幼儿在此过程中能够有更多的思考和进步。喻老师认为在在分享中幼儿的想法和幼儿表征还不够明显，应该从特点出发，凸显类型特征，教师也需要再和幼儿进行深入畅谈。 1 大班组根据大二班的项目网络图进行完善，由拼图拓展到地图，从结合坊室的角度进行设想，设计“军事沙盘”连接幼儿园的刺激战场，利用木工坊制作幼儿园文创赠送给来访人员。

五 | 2 中班组根据大三班的“水到渠成”探讨渠的多样性，多用性，将目标聚焦于“如何把水引入干沙区”，让幼儿自己改造渠的走向，设计不同类型的渠道。 3 小班组根据大一班的西游记，来完善细化幼儿在此过程中可以做些什么，在人物关系中幼儿可以进行角色扮演也可以结合泥工坊进行泥塑捏制，引导幼儿自主设计游戏情节增强幼儿的合作能行和想象力，提高幼儿的创造力。 3 优化推进在此次教研活动中，教师们深入讨论绘制项目活动网络图的细节和着重点。每位教师都积极表达自己项目网络图的疑问和建议。
